KulTurs™ was founded on a simple thesis: the Cetina canyon is one of Europe's great natural adrenaline assets, and it was being catastrophically under-optimized. We assembled an engineering-first team, partnered with a family that has run rafts on this river for generations, and set out to deliver adrenaline as a fully synergized, human-in-the-loop service.
What started on the water didn't stay there. Today the same crew plans hikes, summits, and whatever expedition comes next — one itinerary, one group chat, one date poll at a time. The river keeps us honest. The mountains keep us moving. The rakija keeps us grounded.

The Vukasović family runs an actual rafting agency on the Cetina — Bruno is the one who translates that generational canyon knowledge into deterministic, well-tested paddle strokes. Believes strongly in code review, unit tests, and never trusting a rapid you haven't profiled first.

React 19 + TanStack Start
A fully type-safe, file-based full-stack React app — server-rendered, streamed, and unreasonably fast for a website about getting wet on a mountain. Internally we call it the Large Lagoon Model™.
Supabase Realtime
Postgres plus Realtime channels power live crew sessions, date polls, and the group chat — so the whole squad votes, plans, and heckles each other in real time before anyone touches a paddle or a trailhead.
Self-Hosted on Bare Metal
Styled with Tailwind v4 and Radix, shipped via Nitro to our own Coolify box on a Hetzner server in Germany. No vendor lock-in, no serverless surprise bills — just a river, some rakija, and a static IP.
